‘Eden’ was established for the purpose of developing the central downtown district of Jerusalem, including Jerusalem’s main north and east commercial centers, as well as developing and administering the major Jerusalem Gateway project at the city’s western entrance, developing the Talpiot Industrial zone, and the construction and operation of municipal parking lots.
‘Eden’ is responsible for instigating, planning and executing a diverse range of projects, both concrete and economic, within its purview with the aim of renewing the city’s urban fabric through the most efficient use of the land resources available.
